Chocolate chip banana bread with French vanilla glaze!!!

Made with Gold Standard gluten free cake flour!!!

It came out absolutely delicious!! It was moist and sliced nicely. Was a big hit!! I used the Hellmans mayonaise banana bread recipe, substituted regular flour for Gold Standard gluten free cake flour and used XL egg instead of Lg. Recipe worked out perfect!! You'd never know it was gluten free!!
